“Crazing” is caused by the different rates at which the ceramic & glazed elements cool during the manufacturing process of the Kamado BBQ and nothing to be concerned about.
It will slightly alter the aesthetic looks of the BBQ, & some will show it more than others, but will not have a detrimental impact on the performance of the unit.
This crazing occurs on all makes of ceramic kamado, not just on ours.
